Full Remodel
The Lennons project features a luxury tropical beach house interior design. It combines natural materials and a light, airy color palette with sophisticated, high-end finishes to achieve a blend of comfort and opulence.
Main Living Space
The home’s tropical aesthetic is established by a custom mural by Kelly Meagher (@puertoricojelly) on the main living space wall.
Boys’ Room
The room was designed to resemble a Malibu surf shack using shiplap walls and surf-themed artwork. To maximize the space provided by the high ceilings, we built a loft featuring an underwater mural by Yesi Rosario to create a dedicated play area and ninja course for endless play.
Third Floor Terrace
The third floor terrace was transformed into the ultimate modern coastal man cave and office. A dark blue tiled accent wall is paired with custom-made reclaimed wood accents for a masculine look.
Master Suite
The suite was designed to resemble a wellness resort spa, combining warm limewash walls with wood-finish bathroom tiles.
