First level: living room with 65 inch smart TV with DirecTV cable, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom for 2, powder room and outdoor patio with BBQ and seating area. Second level: master bedroom with en suite bathroom, guest room that sleeps up to three (convertible to a king size if traveling with other couples), another full bathroom, laundry room and outdoor terrace perfect for chilling stargazing. Punta Del Mar is centrally located between Rincon and Aguada so you are 8 minute drive away from either downtown. You can walk down the beach to other nearby surfing spots: Sandy Beach, Parking lot and Pools, and restaurants in Puntas area but car is recommended for other adventures and to move around.
