We provide concierge services and can help book: surf lessons and tours, yoga classes, caterings, massage or adventures. Organic produce, pasture raised eggs, microgreens and local kombucha are delivered weekly to our neighborhood so if you are into these let us know ahead of time and we can coordinate for you. Please coordinate ahead of time as deliveries are certain days of the week. Each villas has 2 parking spots. Guests have access to commUNITY pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and gym. There is a $10pp/game fee for tennis and pickeball courts use. Most reserve ahead of time with HOA office.
