This 2 story villa is perfect for families as it is as safe as it can be for kids to roam free. Surfers will enjoy a kind of secret beach break free from crowds right in the backyard during the surfing season (October-April). Great for flat water SUP paddleboarding, snorkeling and fishing during the rest of the year. One thing we can assure, you wont want to leave the premises as this secluded spot is simply peaceful and amazing! Each villas has 2 parking spots. Guests have access to commUNITY pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and gym. There is a $10pp/game fee for tennis and pickeball courts use. Most reserve ahead of time with HOA office.

There is central AC on the first floor and split units on the upstairs bedrooms. Fresh linens and towels. We have beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for your complimentary use. Also available (for an additional fee coordinated with host): SUP rental and/or lessons, Yoga classes, transportation to/from BQN airport, surfing adventures. Clubhouse pool and tennis courts (for a fee directly with HOA)
